Description:

Morson are currently recruiting for a learning & development administrator based in Maidenhead for a long term contract.

Talent and Development Overview

The team overall is accountable for ensuring that our client has resilience in the skills and capabilities required both now and for the future. This role will form part of the L&D Service Delivery team and will act as support to the team in ensuring the delivery of training interventions, certifications, and in gathering feedback / data which will aid the continued delivery of Learning and Development within our clients business.

Job Description/Purpose

· To assist the Service Delivery Team with administrating training and development courses.

· To assist the talent team with general administration relating to programme delivery.

· To ensure the learning platform stays updated with accurate training record information.

Key Responsibilities

· Upload course registration documents onto Cornerstone LMS

· Mark delegate attendance records using sign in sheets.

· Assist with managing the L&D inbox and actioning queries.

· Create certificates for internal training courses as required.

· Collect and manage the delivery of competency cards/certificates and distribution across the business.

· Support the Service Delivery Team with document creation relating to FAQs and guidance sheets.

· General invoicing administration support.

· Create joining instructions for internal and external courses as required.

· Manage room bookings for training course delivery.

· General administration support for Costain development programmes.

· Manage applications for membership bonus administration.

· Manage training laptop and resource tracker for delegates.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

· Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel

· Good attention to detail

· Clear and concise communications skills, adapting to different stakeholders.

· Experienced in the administration, reporting and functionality of different learning management systems.

· Flexible and collaborative style, able to work effectively in a hybrid team environment with minimal supervision.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.

· Strong organisational skills

Desirable

· L&D experience gained within a technical/engineering/construction sector.
