Learning Coach, Barry

Full or Part Time

Role: Supporting pupils with Additional Needs on a 1-2-1 and small group basis.

Pay: From £385/week

Start Date: 08/01/2024

**This role can be taken as Full Time (Mon – Fri) or Part Time (3 days/week) to fit your availability**

An inclusive primary school in the Barry area are looking for a proactive Learning Coach to support pupils with Additional Needs. As a Learning Coach, your role is to develop a positive learning environment for the students you work with, assisting them with adapted schemes of work and working with them in the classroom as well as within any intervention sessions they require.

Your role will be an incredibly rewarding opportunity to support local students in Barry. Providing individual support for students with Additional Needs will ensure that they are able to access education in the best way for them, and lead to them not only enjoying school but thriving.

What you will need:

-          Enhanced DBS Certificate, with Update Service

-          EWC Registration as a Learning Support Worker

-          2 x professional references

-          Completed Level 2 CPD Safeguarding
