Learning and Development Partner
Remote
3-month FTC (could be extended)
Salary £40k to £45k
Our client is a market leader in their industry working across the UK and Ireland. Currently looking for an experienced L&D professional with proven experience designing and delivery of e-learning content for a 3-month FTC.
Role
Working closely with the HR team and HR Business Partner to ensure learning solutions are aligned to business needs.
Maintain the company learning management system - new starters, leavers, and structures up to date.
Creation of engaging and creative digital learning content through tools -HSP or Articulate
Support the implementation of the learning and development strategy by building digital learning solutions.
First point of contact for E-Learning and digital content queries
Reporting
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders,
Key Skills
Experience of design, delivery, and implementation of blended learning
LMS administration experience including E-Learning ideally Rise Up.
Experience of using Adobe Articulate, Captivate, H5P or Articulate 360
High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Analytical
Articulate communicator
