Our client is seeking a proactive and positive Learning & Development Business Partner to join their established team in Merthyr Tydfil. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of £40,000 to £50,000, based on experience and potential. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for professional growth and a desire to make a significant impact within a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with functional managers to ensure all training requirements are met and accurately recorded.

* Coordinate the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for various functions to compile an organisation-wide training plan.

* Support the management of a centralised training budget, exploring various funding options.

* Manage online training programmes and enhance the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

* Support ISO audits and accreditation processes.

* Provide monthly reports to managers and employees detailing current training status and goals.

* Partner with the Enterprise Excellence Team to support Continuous Improvement (CI) activities and initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Degree-level education.

* Formal qualification in Learning & Development (L&D).

* Experience using a range of LMS systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.

* CIPD accreditation is desirable.

* Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or defence sectors is desirable.
