Learning Administration Manager

Are you ready to take the next step in your career in Administration? We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Learning Administration Team Leader to join our client's dynamic team within the Education Sector. As the Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development programmes within their organisation.

This role can be done on a hybrid basis 2-3 days in the office in Lupton near Kirkby Lonsdale and the remainder can be done from home.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of learning administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the learning and development programmes.
Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing resources, scheduling training sessions, and coordinating with trainers and participants.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement efficient processes and systems to streamline administrative procedures.
Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the learning programmes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the learning experience for employees.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practises to continuously improve the organisation's learning and development initiatives.Qualifications:

You will have experience in a similar role within the education or training industry ideally.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving results.
Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
A passion for learning and development, with a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning culture within the organisation.Experience:
