* Coach and mentor operational teams in Lean principles and continuous improvement techniques.

* Promote innovation through digital solutions, data analysis and industry best practice.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

* Previous experience in a Lean or Continuous Improvement role within Facilities Management, Engineering or Technical Services.

* Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies including Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S.

* Experience working within regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences or healthcare.

* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive measurable improvements.

* Strong communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

* A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for operational excellence.

Desirable

* Experience using CAFM systems and digital maintenance platforms.

* Knowledge of GMP/GxP environments.

* Experience within Hard Services Facilities Management.

What's on Offer

* Work on a prestigious pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

* Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

* Excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development.

* Collaborative and supportive working environment where continuous improvement is at the heart of operations.

If you're passionate about Lean methodologies, operational excellence and delivering measurable business improvements, we'd love to hear from you.
