Position: Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship Tutor
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview: We're looking for talented individuals eager to nurture the next generation's talent. As a Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship Tutor, you'll play a crucial role in delivering training to apprentices in the workplace, primarily focusing on the Lean Manufacturing Operative standard.
Responsibilities:
Deliver innovative teaching and learning sessions to apprentices.
Provide coaching, support, and monitoring throughout the apprenticeship journey.
Collaborate with various departments to maximize business success.
Identify opportunities for apprenticeship vacancies.
Requirements:
Experience in apprenticeship delivery or extensive experience in lean manufacturing.
Preferably, experience in supervising, training, and developing staff.
Driving license essential due to operational requirements.

Location: Primarily operating throughout the Northwest of England.
