About The Role
Team – Enterprise Architecture and Engineering
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week. 
What this role is all about:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence and help transition our business from its existing work practices to infusing understanding of scaled agile and business agility from the top-down.
You will coach, mentor, and guide our people to figure out the best solutions for their specific dificulties. You will analyse the organisation's existing structure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, you will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the entire Enterprise organisation, supporting our teams to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.
Key Actions

Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching and training
Coach Journey Leadership in SAFe practices to ensure adoption of best practices from top-down
Effectively communicate SAFe principles and practices and overall operating model across the organisation
Champion the use of metrics and other measures to help drive continuous improvement across teams
Keep an objective perspective on issues and apply agile principles to help understand the root cause Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:

Strong leader, educator, and coach
An excellent communicator and motivator
Emotional intelligence—at a minimum, understand impact of choices on people, workflows, and business
Technical fluency to effectively work with processes and workflows
Certified as a SAFe SPC
Other agile certifications beneficial e.g. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ICAgile Certified Professional, etc.
5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach working in a software delivery environment
Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environmentsSo, what’s in it for you?
