Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Lead Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in Willand, Devon.

39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm.
Friday, 8am-4pm.
39 hours per week.
Key Duties
Receive and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently.
Operate a forklift truck, with training provided for the right candidate.
Pick and process orders from start to finish.
Palletise and prepare goods for dispatch.
Book orders onto the online portal.
Print and monitor website and online shop orders.
Ensure stock is correctly put away and the warehouse remains organised.
Help ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and smoothly.
Support the Team Leader with daily warehouse operations.
Take responsibility for key warehouse functions when the Team Leader is not working.
Safely manoeuvre full pallets of product.
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience.
Good written and verbal English.
Computer literate and comfortable using online systems.
Willing and able to operate a forklift truck.
Previous forklift experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
Ability to safely manoeuvre full pallets of product.
Organised and reliable approach to work.
Ability to work independently when required.
Good attention to detail.
Hands-on approach and positive attitude.
