Description:
My client is a reputable and well established Veterinary practice based in the Yeovil area. They pride themselves on providing outstanding levels of service for both clients and pets. They offer a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and have a fantastic, modern and well equipped surgery.
They now have a wonderful opportunity for a friendly, positive and enthusiastic person to join their excellent reception team on a Full-Time basis.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is personable, passionate about client care and who has an excellent telephone manner. They will be customer focussed, empathetic, confident and have the ability to multitask.
The job role will include typical veterinary reception duties such as answering queries over the phone and in person, making appointments and taking bookings. In addition, the person will be responsible for running daily reports and cash reconciliation, administering the healthy pet scheme and managing the reception rota for lunch/holiday cover.
The role is based on a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday, and with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (between 8am-1pm).
The salary is £11.50 per hour and the company provides a generous benefits package.
