We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Theatre Practitioner to join our independent hospital team in London. You will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, where you will lead a team of skilled practitioners to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing gynaecological and general surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities Lead Theatre Practitioner (Gynaecology and General Surgery):

Lead and manage the Theatre team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Ensure the safe and efficient running of the theatre department.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that they are stored appropriately.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Support the professional development of the team.
RequirementsLead Theatre Practitioner (Gynaecology and General Surgery):

Registered Nurse/ODP with extensive experience in Gynaecology and General Surgery.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
