Lead Teacher of Music

Contract: Permanent

Location: Boston

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

Pay Rate: £30,000 - £46,525 per annum + TLR

Are you passionate about music education? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a Lead Teacher of Music for a permanent position in Boston. This role offers 32.5 hours per week with a salary of £30,000 - £46,525 per annum plus a TLR.

Responsibilities:

Lead the music department, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to students.
Develop and implement a dynamic music curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
Organize and oversee extracurricular music activities, including concerts and performances.
Provide support and guidance to colleagues within the music department.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in music education.
Demonstrated experience in leading a music department.
Creative and innovative approach to teaching music.
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
