The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on leader in stock condition surveying to drive our data-led asset management strategy. You’ll lead surveys, validate data, and ensure compliance, while managing a small team to deliver high-quality insights that shape investment decisions.

Elevate Projects are working with a forward-thinking housing association dedicated to providing high-quality, safe homes and vibrant communities.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead & deliver stock condition surveys across all property types.

* Manage & develop surveyors, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

* Oversee QA processes—validate data, spot defects, and ensure compliance with standards.

* Conduct EPC & HHSRS assessments, disrepair inspections, and expert reports.

* Provide technical building pathology advice to support asset management.

* Monitor contractor compliance with health & safety (CDM) regulations.

What You Need

Essential

* Proven experience in stock condition surveying & building defect identification.

* Construction-related degree or equivalent.

* Domestic Energy Assessment & HHSRS qualifications.

* Strong knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and pathology.

* CDM Regulations expertise.

* Ability to manage workloads and lead a team.

Desirable

* P405 Asbestos Management

* SMSTS / NEBOSH

* PAS 2035 experience

* Professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB)
