Are you an experienced Lead Solar Electrician looking to take ownership of a reputable and growing domestic Solar PV installer local to you? Our client works locally and offers a unique opportunity within the renewables industry to remain close to home whilst still earning well. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing renewable energy company delivering high-quality residential photovoltaic systems who reward loyalty, offer work life balance and the opportunity to progress into a Qualified Supervisor. 

As a Lead Solar Electrician, you’ll be joining an established team where your existing Renewables PV experience will be highly valued, taking responsibility for leading installations, supporting engineers and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for an experienced Electrical installer to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who wants to take the next step in their career, lead from the front and work on a variety of domestic projects whilst working towards QS progression. 

As a Lead Solar Electrician, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and carrying out Solar PV installations across domestic
* Go to engineer on site, client facing and project delivery focused
* Ensure safe, efficient and high working standards
* Participating in extra training to help you progress to qualified supervisor

The successful Lead Solar Electrician should have:
* Proven experience installing residential Renewables PV systems
* Strong electrical installation background with experience leading or supervising installations
* NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition and relevant electrical qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to cover Wiltshire
