Tech Lead (TypeScript, Node, AWS) - Manchester/Hybrid - £85k + 25% Bonus + 8% pension contribution
This is easily one of the best opportunities in the area to join a team building something truly cutting-edge and transformative.
As a Tech Lead, you will join a brand-new division of an established organisation set up to work as an independent ‘startup’ on a greenfield project. You’ll have all the benefits of working for an enterprise business, but the autonomy and agility of a startup.
You will be taking on technical leadership and line management responsibilities of a team working collaboratively to build a cloud-first finance platform that is going to be game-changing!
The tech stack includes TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, Microservices, AWS Serverless Functions.
The product is still in very early stages with a Beta version due later in the year, so it’s the perfect time to join, make an impact, and help them on this exciting journey.
They have a hybrid model and look to bring the team in once a fortnight for sprint planning and general team building.
It’s a super quick straightforward 2 stage interview process that doesn’t include a tech test!
To succeed in this role, you will need line management and technical leadership experience; ideally, you have previously worked in a startup environment.
The salary is up to £85k + 25% bonus + 8% pension
