Lead Software Engineer / Developer
A brilliant opportunity for a Lead Front-End/Full-Stack Developer who has a strong background in mentoring junior Developers while building applications using React in an agile environment, to join an industry-leading software house in Milton Keynes. This role offers the chance to lead a team spearheading user-centered design and iterative development, while delivering cutting-edge software solutions.
Location: Milton Keynes, hybrid working
Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 per annum + benefits (depending on your level of experience in the technical and leadership aspects of the role)
Requirements for Lead Software Engineer / Developer
* Solid commercial experience using React within a front-end/full-stack role
* You must have worked in a role where you were mentoring or leading other Software Developers
* You're keen on progressing in a software leadership role
* It would be beneficial if you have knowledge in C# or Golang
* Any experience in working with micro frontend architectures or on cloud infrastructures would be beneficial
* Previously worked in agile environments
* Strong collaborative communication skills

* Design, build, and maintain applications using react
* Work within an agile environment
* Write clean maintainable code
* Engage in code reviews
* Mentor & lead junior team members
* Proactively propose new solutions based on your industry knowledge and staying up to date with the latest trends
