Are you a Quality Engineer, Quality Manager or experienced Quality professional looking to step into a senior position where you can take ownership of a Quality function?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to become the technical lead within a growing manufacturing business, where you will have the autonomy to lead projects, develop your team and drive quality standards across the company.
This well-established business specialises in the design and manufacture of electrical distribution equipment for a range of demanding applications. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Quality Lead to strengthen their team and drive continuous improvement throughout the business.
In this varied role, you will lead and develop the Quality team while taking ownership of the QMS in line with ISO 9001. You will oversee audits, compliance, supplier quality and customer complaints while identifying quality risks and implementing improvements across the company.
This role would suit an experienced Quality Engineer, Quality Manager or Quality Lead looking to take the next step into a senior role with greater responsibility, autonomy and long-term development.
The Role:
Leading and developing the Quality team
Taking ownership of the QMS and ISO 9001 compliance
Managing audits, supplier quality and customer complaints
Driving continuous improvement across the business
The Person:
Quality experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS and auditing
Confident leading teams and driving improvements
