Lead Process Engineer - Permanent Staff - London/Hybrid - Consulting

Our client has found a niche in doing things differently - pushing the boundaries, challenging the conventional on early stage CAPEX projects for some of the world's biggest names, and a plethora of start-up/scale-up organisations.
An opportunity now exists for a Lead Process Engineer to join the team. Your task will be to provide technical authority, knowledge and leadership to early stage design phases across a wide variety of projects. Client facing, you'll take ownership of project approach, quality and outputs, setting priorities, resolving issues and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering resources.
To be successful in the role, you'll be a degree-qualified chemical engineer with significant post-grad experience, ideally within early stage design. You'll have a knack for the unconventional and happily embrace an unstructured, non-linear working environments.
The role is based in London on a hybrid basis, with excellent salary and benefits which include a 9-day fortnight, healthcare, life insurance and pension.
