Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for a Lead Pre-Assessment Nurse (RGN) to join a friendly and ambitious private hospital based in Middlesex. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, Monday – Friday. With no weekends or bank holidays this role also offers a great work-life balance and comes with a generous salary of £52,522.00 plus excellent benefits package.

It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining this premium private hospital, they’ve recently renovated their patients rooms and have plans to open a new day surgery centre. Its facilities include over 100 beds, 5 operating theatres, a 6 bedded ITU, JAG Accredited endoscopy suite, state-of-the-art diagnostics department and more! They offer a variety of surgical services for both adult and paediatric patients including they offer a variety of specialities including gynaecology, endoscopy, critical care, colorectal, ophthalmology, spinal, orthopaedics and more.
 
In this Clinical Lead Pre-Assessment role, you can expect to:

Offer highly visible and supportive leadership to the pre-assessment nurses, working with your team to ensure high levels of customer service and safety.
Working closely with the Pre-Assessment Manager you will support the future success and growth of the pre-assessment services within the hospital.
Autonomously take a full assessment of your patient to ensure that they are fit for their surgery – liaising with all clinical departments to coordinate pre-operative tests as needed. 
To apply for this Pre-Assessment Lead Nurse role, you must be a qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) with previous experience as a Lead Pre-Assessment Nurse. We also welcome applications from experienced Senior Pre-Assessment Nurses looking to step up into a management role.
