Role Overview:
As an Occupational Therapist Lead/Manager, you will take charge of a small but dedicated team, delivering assessments, groups, and individual sessions across various departments. This role involves supporting CAMHS, acute care, and OCD services, as well as occasional involvement with complex private patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a small team to deliver top-quality services.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including consultants, psychologists, therapists, and nursing colleagues.
* Conduct assessments, groups, and individual sessions.
* Maintain high standards of report writing and documentation.
* Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of CPAs.
* Foster a positive team culture and contribute to a supportive working environment.
Requirements:
* Accredited Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy.
* HCPC registration.
* Enhanced DBS clearance.
* Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.
* Ability to deliver ADL assessments and exceptional report writing skills.
* Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
Desirable:
* Previous experience in people management.
