Lead Multiskilled Engineer
£58,000 + Overtime

Continental Days & Nights (2Days/2nights/4off)
gap technical are proud to be representing this market leading manufacturing business in their search for a Multiskilled Engineer to work at their facility based near Northwich
What you will contribute
To ensure delivery of the Engineering support to the Northwich site across 24/7 enabling the Engineering team to provide the required levels of service in support of the manufacturing strategy.
To ensure the safe, effective and efficient running of the department is maintained through the engineering shift teams.
To ensure daily workloads are prioritised and delivered in compliance to site policies and procedures.
Co-ordinate and prioritise the activities of a shift engineering team in providing support to the operations team.
Operate as senior engineering point of contact for Shift Managers.
Support Short Interval Control, and daily endo of shift review meetings with Shift Managers.
Participate in Improvement Groups e.g. wastage reduction.
Complete a clear and comprehensive handover to incoming shift engineering team.What you will bring
A fully qualified Multiskilled Engineer with at least 5 years experience
Apprenticeship trained
Minimum BTEC ONC/ Level 3 Qualified
Must be electrically qualified with certification
Experienced in leading a team
An excellent communicator with the ability to coach and support others
FMCG experienced, preferably food industry
Comfortable working both in a team and aloneApply
