Active Tunnelling Lead Miner - Jacked Caissons
We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Miner for an upcoming project.
Start Date: 5th October 2026
Duration: Until mid-January 2027
Role: Lead Miner
Works: Tunnelling / Shaft Works
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in active tunnelling and shaft sinking, with proven experience working with jacked caissons, sheet piling and deep shafts of approximately 15 metres.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Lead Miner
Strong active tunnelling background
Experience with jacked caisson / caisson sinking works
Experience working with sheet piling
Experience working on deep shafts, approximately 15m deep
Strong knowledge of shaft sinking and pit bottom operations
Comfortable leading and coordinating a mining gang
Good understanding of underground construction and site safety
Relevant tunnelling/mining competencies and site certificationStart: 5th October 2026
