Lead MES Engineer

As a Lead MES Engineer, you will join a distributed project team where you will lead and develop MES solutions leveraging existing core libraries and creating innovative solutions to new problems. You will manage significant technological complexity and collaborate with PM and the client to actively manage and mitigate risk.

In your first few weeks in this Lead MES Engineer role, you can expect to:

* Create business process flow diagrams for pharmaceutical product recipes based on paper batch records, source documents and workshop activities

* Collect and analyse site requirements to develop user requirements

* Design solution and recipe structures to meet process and equipment requirements while leveraging core libraries and adhering to guiding design principles

* Implement hierarchical recipes to control the process

* Modify or create basic design elements used within recipes

To apply for this Lead MES Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

* Expert knowledge of an MES used within process industries or life science manufacturing such as Aspen MES, Emerson Syncade/DeltaV MES

* Korber PAS-X, Siemens OpCentre

* Hands-on configuration experience of master recipes/master batch records

* Experience of L2 and L4 Integrations

* Programming experience such as IEC (phone number removed) Structured Text
