My client are a leading, international FM provider with a significant footprint in the UK. They are seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join their team on a prestigious account in central London. Their client are a large, multinational organisation.
Your new role
As Lead Mechanical Engineer you will oversee a team of engineers carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across a large commercial site in central London. Key duties will include:
Operating at Mechanical AP level
Mechanical technical support to AP level
Reactive and planned maintenance and repairs as well as PPM schedules
Leading a team of engineers
Liaising with client contacts and 3rd party vendorsWhat you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience and qualifications in mechanical engineering. This includes:
Level 3 Mechanical Engineering as a minimum
Strong technical knowledge across mechanical engineering maintenance in commercial properties in the UK
Experience in leading and supervising engineers
Knowledge and understanding of mechanical AP duties and skillset to operate at that level
Experience communicating with clients and contractorsWhat you'll get in return
When successful in securing this role you will receive a permanent contract with a large, multi-national FM provider. You will also receive:
£50,000 salary
