Lead Maintenance Engineer is a senior role and teh company would look at a Maintenance Engineer that would like to step up to this role if they have experience in being a leader or project related work or planning.
Lead Maintenance Engineer role is a Monday to Friday role
Salary pays up to £60k with excellent pension. As a Lead Maintenance Engineer YOU MUST have Manufacturing experience working on process/ production machinery

Lead Maintenance Engineer Desired Skills and Experience
Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics qualification or Apprenticeship and experience.
Maintenance Engineer Duties
To carry out the requirements of the planned preventive maintenance programme.
Solid practical hands on experience in maintaining machinery
Assist with planning
Drive continuous improvement
Be involved with projects
Setting up the day shift
Be hands on when needed such as assist with shutdown days and urgent breakdowns
Be involved with machinery upgrades
Source parts from suppliers
Deal with OEMs
Deal with contractors
Adhere to H&SCommutable from Enfield, Wanstead, Waltham Cross, Waltham Abbey, Dagenham, Ilford, Barking, Romford, Edmonton, Chigwell, Palmers Green, Tottenham, Straford, Brentwood, Hornchurch and other parts of London, Essex, and Hertfordshire
