In this role, you'll stay hands?on with maintenance and fault?finding while setting daily tasks, driving breakdown analysis, managing supplier contracts and leading key projects. You'll take ownership of servicing, repairs and continuous improvement across a busy manufacturing environment.

The role would suit a Maintenance Engineer looking to step up into a Lead role with high responsibility and high autonomy for a growing company that will invest heavily in their development.

The Role:

Fault-finding, reactive and planned maintenance of mechanical and electrical manufacturing machinery
Days-based role: Monday - Friday

The Person:

Maintenance Engineer
Electro-Mechanical background
NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Engineering or equivalent qualifications
Looking to step up into a Lead position
Supervisor / Team Leader experience advantageous
Maintenance Engineer, Lead, Team Leader, Supervisor, Mechanical, Electrical, Multi-Skilled
