They're looking for a Lead HR Advisor to become a trusted partner to managers across the business, leading on employee relations while helping to drive positive change through wellbeing, engagement and people initiatives.

What you'll be doing
Managing a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.

Coaching and supporting managers to confidently manage people issues.

Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.

Developing and implementing HR policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contributing to wellbeing, engagement and inclusion projects.

Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate HR records.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

Providing guidance and mentoring to junior members of the HR team.

About you You'll already be working in a generalist HR role and be ready to step into a position with greater responsibility and influence.

You'll bring:

CIPD Level 5 qualification.

Solid generalist HR experience.

Strong employee relations knowledge and experience.

A sound understanding of UK employment law.

Confidence coaching managers through complex people matters.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to manage a varied workload and build trusted relationships.
