Description:
Our client an expanding office refurbishment company based in Chelmsford are looking to recruit a Lead Generation Specialist to join their team to work within their luxury offices.
Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. This is a mid-level position that reports to the Sales Manager.
To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives.
Responsibilities & duties:
* Research, track, maintain and update leads.
* Experience in lead generation and sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
* Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
* Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
* Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
For the right candidate the client is flexible on offering full time or part time hours. This is an office-based role offering free onsite parking.
The salary is £25,000 basic with a bonus scheme also available
