£45,000 + Overtime, Training and Progression

My client, who is one of the UK’s fastest growing maintenance providers in the UK are currently looking for an experienced Lead Electrical maintenance engineer, to work on a brand new luxury high end residential building in Blackfriars and supervise a competent team of Engineers.
The Role
This is an amazing opportunity for a Lead engineer or Supervisor to join a team of great team of Engineers and represent one of the City’s reputable companies and a excellent opportunity for career progression, with the role offering a chance for professional development and career progression into Account/contract management positions in the future.
As a Lead maintenance engineer you will be expected to work 40 hours a week on a rotating early and late shift pattern. The work will involve interaction in a fast working environment where you will be expected to interact with residents and sub contractors on a day to day basis and be the first point of contact for Engineers when assistance is needed.
* Lead Engineer (Elec bias)
* Up to £45,000 MAX
* Monday – Friday (40 hpw)
* Early shift 7:00 to 16:00
* with pre planned late day shift requirements of
* 10:00 – 19:00
* 26 days holiday (plus BH)
* OT opportunities
* 3% pension
* Uniform
* Level 3 Elec
* 4-5 yrs FM exp.
* Supervisory or Lead exp.
* Call-out required.
* Excellent customer care/service/interaction skills.
* High-end resi exp – Desirable.
* Ideally available ASAP w/ no notice.
