Job Title: Lead Engineer
Salary: Circa 55,000 DOE
Location: Thetford
Working hours: Days only! Monday - Friday
Benefits: 25 days Holiday + Enhanced Benefits Package
The Company:
My client, a high-quality and sustainable manufacturer, is looking for a Lead Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
To be successful in this position, You must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and must have previous experience finding BOTH mechanical and electrical faults in a fast-paced environment. You must provide both PPM and breakdown cover for all production equipment, site services and plant facilities to minimise downtime. You will ensure compliance to Health & safety of staff and contractors to ensure a safe working environment.
Personal requirement;
Several years experience working within a manufacturing environment
Must have completed an onsite apprenticeship or hold a level 3 NVQ or above in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
