Lead Electronics Engineer - Surrey
£65,000–£75,000 + benefits - Hybrid

I’m currently recruiting for a growing UK technology company developing advanced sensor, motion control and embedded systems for global markets.

They’re looking for a Lead Electronics Engineer to take ownership of electronics development while providing technical leadership across a small engineering team.

The role:

* Lead electronics design from concept through to production

* Define architectures, requirements and technical solutions

* Design schematics and PCBs using Altium

* Work across analogue, digital, power and high-speed electronics

* Support embedded/firmware development and board bring-up

* Lead testing, verification, EMC and fault-finding

Looking for:

* Strong experience with schematic and PCB design

* Experience with Altium

* Strong analogue and digital electronics knowledge

* Experience with power supplies, sensors and motor control

* High-speed digital design experience

* EMC/EMI design and troubleshooting experience

* Embedded/firmware understanding
