Lead Dental Nurse – Salisbury, Wiltshire – Full Time
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Salisbury, Wiltshire to recruit a Lead Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.
Position Details
1. Available to start as soon as possible.
2. Notice periods will be taken into consideration.
3. Full-time opportunity – 40 hours per week.
4. Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
5. Mixed practice environment.

Role Responsibilities
The successful Lead Dental Nurse will be responsible for:
1. Chairside assistance and patient care.
2. Infection prevention and control procedures.
3. Instrument decontamination and surgery preparation.
4. Maintaining equipment and clinical standards.
5. Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of Dental Nurses.
6. Overseeing reception duties and staff rotas.
7. Ensuring CQC compliance and managing audits.
8. Stock control and ordering.
9. Supporting the Practice Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
10. Providing occasional reception cover when required.
About the Practice
The practice provides a range of treatments including:
1. General Dentistry
2. Restorative Dentistry
3. Cosmetic Dentistry
4. Orthodontics
Candidate Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years’ Dental Nursing experience required.
2. Previous leadership or senior nursing experience preferred.
3. GDC registered.
4. Valid DBS certificate.
5. Dentally software experience preferred.
