Lead Commercial/Contracts Manager - Public Sector:
Role: Lead Commercial/ Contracts Manager
Duration: 6 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Up to £575p/d Inside (Umbrella)
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Ashford (Kent) - Circa 4 times per month.
Requirements/Experience:
Demonstrable experience in a Senior/Lead Commercial/Contracts Manager position.
Central Government experience is essential for this role.
Strong relationship building and independent negotiation skills with customers.
Excellent understanding of contracts within matrix businesses.
Experience managing complex and large contracts within the public sector.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with your team to establish the negotiation/procurement future process including new specification for services design.
Delivery of the above negotiation/procurement process.
Oversee the new contract and manage operational contract.
