Lead College Nurse (Part Time) - Central London
Nurse Seekers are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Lead College Nurse to join a prestigious independent college in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional to lead clinical provision, support student wellbeing and oversee healthcare services across the college and boarding facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the nursing team and day-to-day medical provision.
Provide clinical care, manage medications and respond to medical emergencies.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure appropriate healthcare protocols are followed.
Deliver staff training in first aid, anaphylaxis, asthma and emergency procedures.
Work closely with parents, senior staff and external healthcare providers.
Support safeguarding, pastoral care and student health promotion initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:
Current nursing registration with at least two years' post-registration experience.
Strong clinical skills in medication management, wound care and emergency response.
Excellent communication, organisational and leadership abilities.
A compassionate, proactive approach to student welfare and safeguarding.
Experience in education, paediatrics or a boarding environment is desirable.
