Title: Lead CNC Milling Programmer
Location: Rugby
Salary: £35,000 - £41,500 per annum
Shift: Days (7.30 – 4.45 Mon to Thur with 7.30 to 12.30 Fri)

A new opportunity to join a team working within multiple sectors including Aerospace, Automotive and Oil & Gas as a CNC Milling Programmer. You’ll play a key role in working various projects, this position requires a lead milling machinist with online programming skills using Fanuc controls

Lead CNC Milling Programmer Responsibilities:

Lead a small team of milling machinists (Training & Developing)
Set, operate and programming of 3-4 axis CNC machines
Create and edit programs using Fanuc (Online)
Work from technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations
Quality measuring devices experience (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Lead CNC Milling Programmer Experience:

Around five years’ experience machining complex components
Skilled with Fanuc controls (Programming)
Offline CAD/CAM programming (Advantageous)
Ability to interpret technical drawings with excellent attention to detail
