The Team
Joining the Global Quality Systems team the Global Lead Auditor will take responsibility as a Lead Auditor and also look to expand the Auditor community within Mundipharma and act as the 'go to person' to help develop auditors in the team.
Role and responsibilities Act as Rx audit process owner ensuring systems are established and maintained that enable effective management of Rx auditing activities across Mundipharma, in accordance with current legislation, relevant standards and guidelines
Provision of expert advice to internal and external customers, collaborating with other auditing groups within Mundipharma in the definition of global auditing standards and ways of working and sharing of best practices.
Help build the Audit community across the company
Support the Auditor community including training
Lead on time delivery of delivery schedule
Support in CAPA completion
What you'll bring Extensive knowledge and experience within the Pharmaceutical industry and in relation to Pharmaceutical Quality Systems as per ICH Q10
Breadth and depth of knowledge and application of Global Good Manufacturing and Distribution Practices (GMDP) and manufacturing process for various dosage forms including complex and high risk, as well as for raw material, laboratories, wholesalers and logistics
Lead auditing certification is advantageous and experience in GxP auditing
Demonstrated competency in the application of Quality Risk Management principles
Excellent communication skills (including public presentation and technical report writing skills) and ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the business and externally
Ability to motivate and support the development of the auditor community to achieve the goals of the department and the overall business.
