We are looking for Lead Anaesthetic and Recovery Practitioners to join a Theatre team at a prestigious Private Hospital in London. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment and deliver high-quality patient care.

As a Lead Anaesthetic and Recovery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

Contributing to the development and evaluation of practice standards.
Mentoring unqualified support staff and pre-registration students.
Participating actively in the planning and delivery of perioperative care.
Ensuring all anaesthetic equipment is checked and ready before the start of the list.
Recognising the workload of colleagues and providing support when necessary.Package and Benefits:

Registration as a Nurse with a recognised postgraduate qualification.
A registered ODP with a cert HE/Diploma.

The ability to act as a preceptor to newly qualified staff.
The ability to monitor and care for sedated patients during procedures.
