Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer looking to take the next step into a leadership role?
We're working with a growing and well-respected air conditioning contractor who is looking to appoint a Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to support the delivery of commercial installation projects across London and the M25.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer who's ready to step up, taking on more responsibility while remaining hands-on. You'll play a key role in leading installations, supporting engineers on site and working closely with the management team to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

As a Lead Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Leading air conditioning installation projects across commercial and high-end residential sites
Installing split systems, multi-splits, VRV/VRF systems and associated equipment
Supervising and supporting engineers on site, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
Attending the Woolwich office regularly to collect materials, attend leadership meetings and assist with pricing upcoming works
Working on projects including hotels, office buildings and prestigious residential developmentsWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience installing commercial air conditioning systems
Strong knowledge of split, multi-split and VRV/VRF installations
F-Gas Category 1 qualified
A natural leader who is ready to take the next step in their career
Full UK Driving Licence
