Arvato’s HR team is looking for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development professional who is ready to grow into a future leadership role.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in L&D who wants to shape learning strategy, influence stakeholders, and build capability across the business.
* Designing and delivering engaging, tailored training programmes across the business
* Facilitating learning through a mix of face-to-face, virtual, and digital formats
* Partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver impactful solutions
* Owning the full learning cycle: analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation
* Managing and enhancing content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
* Using data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve learning outcomes
* Driving innovation through new learning technologies and approaches
* Leading and supporting key L&D projects
* Coaching and mentoring individuals to support development and growth
* Supporting career pathways, competency frameworks, and learning journeys
* Ensuring compliance with all training and regulatory requirements
* Building strong relationships across HR and the wider busines
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in Learning & Development or training roles
* Strong capability in designing and delivering end-to-end learning solutions
* Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
* A data-driven mindset with a focus on impact and continuous improvement
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ambition to grow into a leadership or managerial L&D role
