LCV Technician

Description:

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Van Technician, LCV Technician or Light Commercial Vehicle Technician to join a busy fleet workshop in Derby. Applicants must have at least three years' workshop experience, hold a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and possess a Full UK Driving Licence. Previous LCV experience is advantageous.

Location: Derby
Salary: Up to £16 per hour DOE + £1,500 Joining Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm – No Weekends

Service, maintain and repair light commercial vehicles and fleet vehicles
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
Carry out routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance
Complete vehicle repairs to manufacturer and workshop standards
Prepare vehicles for MOT testing
Maintain accurate job cards and service documentation
Ensure all work meets workshop quality and safety standardsVehicle Technician / Van Technician Requirements
Minimum three years' experience as a Vehicle Technician, Van Technician, LCV Technician or Automotive Technician
Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds, IMI or equivalent)
Strong mechanical servicing, maintenance and diagnostic skills
Experience using vehicle diagnostic equipment
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous light commercial vehicle experience is advantageousHow to Apply?
