Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – Erdington, Birmingham
£36,000–£42,000 basic salary + performance-related bonus
Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy aftersales team in Erdington, Birmingham.

THE ROLE
* Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard.
* Deliver excellent technical service and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
* Work on light commercial vehicles within a busy workshop environment.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
* Complete ongoing training, including achieving IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance and Repair within the first 12 months.
THE PACKAGE
* £36,000–£42,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
* Performance-related bonus, with OTE dependent on individual performance and work targets achieved.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Previous experience working as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic.
* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3 or an equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience working on light commercial vehicles.
* A full, valid UK driving licence.
* An MOT testing qualification would be advantageous.
* Main dealership experience would be beneficial.
* A strong work ethic, good diagnostic skills and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
