We're seeking a  Lawyer to become part of a collaborative and technology‑driven team, advising clients across a broad range of commercial matters. LAWYER ROLE:

Managing a portfolio of client matters independently from instruction through to completion
Building and managing client relationships as the primary client contact
Drafting, reviewing and advising on a range of legal and commercial documents
Managing up to six matters concurrently while maintaining quality and deadlines
Working autonomously while collaborating with internal stakeholders as required
Delivering work in line with KPI, performance and client service expectations LAWYER ESSENTIALS:

Demonstrating approximately three years' post-qualification experience in general commercial law within private practice or in-house environments across England and Wales
Managing commercial legal matters independently and taking ownership of files from instruction through to completion
Advising on technology and intellectual property contracts
Supporting privacy, data protection and GDPR-related matters
Advising on employment law matters
Building strong client relationships through direct client engagement and a personable approach
Utilising legal technology platforms confidently and effectively
Working autonomously, efficiently and proactively to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet deadlines LAWYER BENEFITS:
