Our client, a prominent player in the automotive industry, is eagerly seeking a Launch Manager to spearhead their upcoming projects. This contract position is based in Solihull, designed for an immediate start, offering a minimum duration of 6 months, which may extend up to a year. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the entire lifecycle of product launches, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and meet predefined benchmarks.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop project plans that clearly outline the necessary steps for successful implementation, including timelines and resource allocations.
Monitor and adjust project schedules and budgets as needed to meet the changing needs of the project and stakeholders.
Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers and internal departments, to ensure alignment and cohesive effort.
Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving sessions to mitigate risks associated with product quality and timeline slippages.

Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive launches, particularly in areas such as injection moulding, paint, or trim.
