Lathe operator role
Based close to Bury St Edmunds
Working - 6pm – 6am – Wednesday to Saturday or Thursday to Saturday
Temporary to Permanent positions
£11.90 per hour whilst training and then £17.86 per hour

Our client is a leading manufacturer and they are currently recruiting for a Lathe operator to join their workshop team.

Main duties includes -
 Operating various lathes
 Diagnosing minor faults and problem solving
 Reporting any defects to senior management on product range
 Good housekeeping duties
 Compiling paperwork as and when required
 Following instructions and working to customer specifications
 Good housekeeping duties
Candidate attributes –
 Working within a manufacturing/engineering based environment
 Good attention to detail skills
 Good communication skills
 Ability to work unsociable hours
