Maintenance Supervisor - Landscaping

Location: London
£38,000 - £42,000 – DOE
Information on the role
* Conduct site inspections, ensuring quality, safety, & time standards are kept
* Proactively manage the maintenance teams, reports & communication
* Supervise & execute general garden maintenance i.e., mowing, pruning, mulching, irrigation, & pre-planting area preparations
* Ensure proper care & maintenance of equipment
* Cover & support teams during annual leave & or sick leave as required
* Ensure all team leaders are adequately equipped
* Schedule & conduct team meetings
* Enforce Health & Safety procedures
* Attend & report in fortnightly management meetings
* Resource & Schedule adjustments
* Ensure lockups are kept tidy, safe, & well stocked
* Plan, price, & supervise small landscape improvement projects
What we’d like from you
* Experience in high-end residential Garden Maintenance/Soft Landscaping & a Management/Team Leader role.
* Knowledge of garden maintenance operations, horticulture (planting, pruning, fertilising, etc.)
* Basic First aid or Greater
* Desirable: RHS Level 2 or equivalent
* Desirable: PA1 & PA6 Spraying certificates
* Desirable: Horticulture qualification or certificate
* Driving license
