Job type: Permanent Contract - CIS self-employed.

Rate: Depending on experience, for discussion with Aztec’s Labour Manager.

Duration: 6–9 months on 1 Mayfair, then moving onto our next project

The Role;

We are looking for an experienced Landscaping Project Manager to lead our works on 1 Mayfair, a prestigious luxury residential development in central London. Paving is the primary scope of the package, so a strong background in high-end paving is essential. Finish quality, attention to detail and professional client liaison are key on a scheme of this standard.

When 1 Mayfair completes, you will move straight onto our next project. We are looking for someone who wants to stay with us long term.

Key Responsibilities;

* Manage the landscaping package from mobilisation to handover, on programme, to budget and to the highest standard.

* Lead the delivery of premium paving, including natural stone, porcelain, setts, and pedestal systems on roof terraces and podiums.

* Check setting-out, levels, falls, bedding, jointing and drainage details, and make sure the finish meets the specification and approved samples.

* Act as the main point of contact for the main contractor, design team and client representatives.

* Plan, coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

* Manage the programme, including look-aheads, sequencing and progress reporting.

* Oversee quality control of all hard and soft landscaping, including bespoke features and specimen planting.

* Prepare and review RAMS, and ensure full compliance with CDM 2015 and the main contractor’s site rules.

* Coordinate logistics on a constrained central London site, including deliveries, storage and access.

* Track costs, valuations and variations with the commercial team.

* Monitor and report on environmental, sustainability and social value requirements.

* Manage snagging, handover documentation and O&M manuals.

About You;

* Proven experience managing landscaping packages with a strong paving focus, ideally on prime residential or high-end commercial schemes in London.

* In-depth knowledge of paving construction, materials and specifications, particularly natural stone and porcelain.

* Confident working with Tier 1 main contractors and demanding clients.

* Well organised, with good programme and commercial awareness.

* A valid CSCS card (Black/Manager or equivalent).

* SMSTS, First Aid and a relevant landscape or construction qualification are preferred.
