Job Description
They are seeking a talented and experienced Highways Landscaper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a commitment to creating and maintaining visually appealing and environmentally friendly roadside environments.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planting, pruning, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, and grass areas along highways.
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
Implement erosion control measures and soil stabilization techniques.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Assist in the design and installation of new landscape features.
Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and to high standards.Requirements
Proven experience as a Landscaper, preferably with experience in highway or large-scale landscaping projects.
Proficiency with landscaping tools and machinery.
Knowledge of horticulture, soil types, and plant care.
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Valid CSCS card and relevant certifications (e.g., chainsaw license, PA1/PA6 pesticide certificates) are highly desirable.
Reliable transportation to various job sites in the Surrey area.
