Our client is a UK's leading landscape creation & maintenance company who are looking for an experienced Landscape Team Leader to be responsible for the operational duties of a rapidly growing portfolio of clients. Accountable to the Operations Manager, this role will lead the delivery of an excellent installation with everything play, everything fitness and everything landscaping. One of the key priorities of this role is to ensure projects finish on time, to the highest quality with no health and safety issues, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
The team leader is the main point of contact for our customers on our projects, pro-actively managing customer queries and any issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis.
The team leader will also ensure that all health and safety documentation is kept up to date and completed and most importantly keeping ourselves and team members safe.
The Landscape Team Leader is responsible for leading on the day to day operational duties of a rapidly growing portfolio of clients.
* Carrying out and supervising the work to ensure all clients are serviced in a timely manner and projects are completed on time and to budget.
* Carry out bi-monthly check-ins with the installation team members and support the Operations Manager on any annual appraisals.
* To support the admin team to order the correct plant and materials, at the right time and off hiring plant, fencing etc in a timely fashion at the end of the project.
* Oversee and assist with the installation of hard and soft landscaping and any associated works.
* Oversee all on-site health and safety and quality checks on all projects under their supervision.
* Ensure all sites are kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
* Supervise landscaping team members to ensure proper completion of tasks and all works carried out to company quality standards.
* Develop and maintain excellent customer service with current and potential clients.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by your line manager
