We are currently looking for a Landscape Designer to work from our Head Office design team, assisting our Regional Design and Technical teams, designing and enhancing the built environment. This includes producing conceptual drawings, hard and soft landscape designs and budgets, presenting your designs for technical and planning approval, supporting graphics and management and maintenance plans, plus visiting sites to undertake audits and site meetings. This is a crucial position within Bloor Homes to assist place making.

MAIN DUTIES:
* Producing conceptual and detailed soft landscape proposal drawings for development sites for planning applications.
* Producing detailed hard and soft landscape layouts for sales areas.
* Producing budget costs for landscape operations.
* Liaising with Regional Design and Technical Teams.
* Amending landscape drawings as required.
* Visiting development sites to perform landscape audits.
* Liaising with Landscape Officers on planning related matters when required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES:
* Experience with a Housing Developer or Landscape Architectural practice.
* Sound plant knowledge.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective at meeting deadlines.
* Computer literate, AutoCAD, MS Office programmes.
* Producing conceptual and detailed soft landscape proposal drawings for development sites for planning applications.
* Producing detailed hard and soft landscape layouts for sales areas.
* Producing budget costs for landscape operations.
* Liaising with Regional Design and Technical Teams.
* Amending landscape drawings as required.
* Visiting development sites to perform landscape audits.
* Liaising with Landscape Officers on planning related matters when required.
* BA in Landscape Architecture or similar.
