Description:
We are looking for someone with strong design skills and enthusiasm for delivering the change we need to see. You will have relevant UK qualifications and ideally experience of working in a UK consultancy on public realm or urban design projects. As with all our roles, what matters most to us is the way you think, and a creative and open outlook.
Key requirements are:
Passionate about design that puts the needs of people and nature first, with a genuine understanding of how places change and develop.
A flair for design, alongside technical knowledge and experience.
Enthusiasm for collaborative working, confidence, and good communication skills.
Interested in designing at different scales, from a bespoke park bench and delivering protects on site, to designing new urban quarters to far-reaching landscape strategies.
A qualification in landscape architecture, either working towards or achieved CMLI status, and practical experience within a consultancy environment.
Excellent graphic communication skills with an ability to illustrate ideas clearly.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and 3-D design packages- Revit being a distinct advantage.
Good experience with all RIBA stages
Experience of working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
